Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationships between polymorphism of CYP19 240A/G,COMT 1947G/A and endometriosis(Ems).Methods:High resolution melting(HRM) technology was used to analyze polymorphism of CYP19 240A/G,COMT 1947G/A in patients with EMs(EMs group,n=80) and healthy controls(control group,n=40).At the same time,polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)was used to validate the results.Results: There were significant differences in the distribution of genotypes and alleles of CYP19 240A/G between EMs group and control group(P0.05);the mutation of G allele increased the risk of EMs by 2.809 times;AG and GG genotypes increased the risk of EMs by 4.529 times.There was no significant difference in the distribution of alleles and genotypes of COMT 1947G/A between EMs group and control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the frequencies of GA+AA and GG genotypes(P0.05).There was no correlation between GA and AA genotypes and the risk of EMs.Conclusions: The mutant allele of CYP19 240A/G increases the risk of EMs,while the mutant allele of COMT 1947A/G has no correlation with the risk of EMs.
