Abstract
The clinico-morphological data on the results of five- and ten-year follow-up of 228 patients suffering "borderline" epithelial (serous, mucinous and endometrioid) ovarian tumors were studied. Considerations of choice of optimal treatment procedure versus degree of clinical and morphological malignancy, tumor histotype and age are discussed.
