Abstract
症例は54歳，女性．40歳時，内性子宮内膜症にて子宮全摘，両側付属器切除術施行された．繰り返す右下腹部痛と同部位の腫瘤を主訴に当院を受診．CTおよびMRI検査にて右下腹部に約1cm大の腫瘤が指摘された．画像所見，血液学的所見などからは明確な診断が困難であり，悪性疾患を除外できず，右下腹部痛が継続していたため，外科的切除術を施行した．右下腹部の大網に約1cm大の硬腫瘤を認め，周囲大網組織とともに腫瘤を摘出した．病理組織検査の結果，結節性病変部分に脂肪組織に置換して子宮内膜腺の増生と間質組織を認め，大網に生じた外性子宮内膜症と診断した．
