Abstract

Proliferative uterine diseases (uterine myoma, endometriosis) and their combination are not uncommon pathology, which, along with surgery, requires a medical component of treatment. This article highlights new aspects of clinical manifestations of these diseases («rejuvenation» of the contingent, increase in the frequency of rare forms of endometriosis — its affection of the anterior abdominal wall and uterine scar), on the basis of the latest clinical recommendations of the Russian Federation on the treatment of patients with uterine myoma, endometriosis, as well as on the basis of many years of our own experience of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients are considered and given variants of differentiated postoperative drug therapy (gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists).
