Resultados de Técnicas de Reprodução Assistida em Pacientes Previamente Submetidas a Cirurgia Ovariana para o Tratamento da Endometriose
Ovarian surgery for endometriosis reduced oocyte yield in women over 35 undergoing IVF/ICSI and showed a trend toward lower pregnancy rates.

This paper is centrally about endometriosis — it examines how prior ovarian surgery for endometriosis affects ovarian response and pregnancy outcomes in IVF/ICSI cycles.
