Abstract

Endometriosis is a disease which prevalence is about 15% among women. However its presence in the bladder and appendix is rare and difficult to diagnose. The consequences of endometriosis are local bleeding, inflammation, pelvic pain, infertility and adhesion, leading to significant reduction in quality of life. The aim of this study was to report a case of bladder and appendix endometriosis, linking to the patient's clinical history, imaging tests and the surgical approach.
