从1885年Von Recklinghausen首次提出并命名子宫内膜异位症[1](内异症)至今,恰是1个世纪零10年,而且,内异症作为现代病,已成为生育年龄妇女的多发病、常见病.最早的研究认为,内异症是一种溃疡(ulcer),而目前对内异症的研究已发展到分子水平,但对于内异症的诸多问题仍囿于迷茫.于是学者们困惑于我们走了多远?路又在何方?本文意在驻足思忖与举步求索,试分基础研究和临床研究两部分,本期刊出的是基础研究部分。
