Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Adenomyomectomy for Patients Who Want to Preserve Fertility

Key reported findings were near-complete symptom resolution within 1–2 weeks, a marked reduction in CA-125 levels by 6 months, no residual adenomyosis on follow-up pelvic MRI, and a general clinical status described as well at ~2.1 years. The study is limited by its small sample size, single-center design, and lack of reported fertility/pregnancy outcomes, which the authors state require further evaluation.
