Abstract
症例は49歳,女性.血便精査の下部消化管内視鏡検査にて盲腸に2cmのなだらかな隆起性病変を認めた.組織生検と画像検査では確定診断できず,診断的治療目的に悪性疾患の可能性も考慮し腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術(D2)を施行した.病理組織診断は盲腸子宮内膜症で,悪性所見は認められなかった.子宮内膜組織が腸管壁の漿膜から筋層で増殖する腸管子宮内膜症は術前診断率が極めて低く,切除により診断されることが多い.閉経前女性の消化管粘膜下腫瘍の鑑別疾患では,腸管子宮内膜症も念頭に入れる必要がある.
