Lyons, depending on age. Patients and methods. Examination of uterine peristalsis has been conducted in 218 infertile women suffering uterus hyperplastic processes. Results. Significant increase of disperistaltic waves frequency has been found in patients suffering adenomyosis (p<0.001). Type D waves are found in all patients after 39. Significant decrease of type A and B waves quantity is identified in patients suffering adenomyosis and hysteromyoma (p<0.02). Disperistaltic waves are observed significantly more frequently (p<0.05) in patients suffering adenomyosis and with infertility duration of more than 5 years. Conclusion. Patients aged 30–35 years suffering adenomyosis and uterine peristalsis disorder should be recommended one of the IVF methods, thus avoiding intrauterine insemination.
