Abstract
Endometriosis is a chronic debilitating disease which adversely affects the equality of life of the woman. The exact pathophysiology of the disease and cause of pain is not clearly understood and so confounds an attempt to select the most favourable clinical management. The study aims to assess the safety and efficacy of cabergoline with respect to medroxyprogesterone acetate in treatment of chronic pelvic pain (CPP) due to endometriosis.
