Abstract
Results of recombinant interleukine-2 (Ronkoleukine) antirecurrent treatment of external genital endometriosis (EGE) during postsurgical time are represented in the report. Basic immunological characteristics are shown to return to normal values after 6 months after surgery in patients with EGE received Ronkoleukine treatment in contrast with patients received gonadotropin releasing hormone (GRH) agonists. Maximal clinical performance toward to EGE symptoms became earlier in the cases of Ronkoleukine usage in comparison with cases of GRH agonists usage. Frequency of EGE backsets is the same in both treatments after surgery. However, patients had not suffer due to adverse effects of GRHagonists treatment. Frequency of pregnancies of patients with EGE associated infertility received Ronkoleukine was twice higher then of patients received hormone treatment.
