This integrative review analyzes scientific evidence regarding the impact of endometriosis on the quality of life in reproductive-age women. The study examined fifteen articles published between 2021 and 2026 from PubMed, BVS, and SciELO databases to assess physical, emotional, sexual, social, and occupational dimensions. Key findings indicate that pelvic pain, psychological distress, sexual dysfunction, infertility, and reduced productivity significantly compromise patient well-being. The authors note that diagnostic delays and psychosocial repercussions highlight the need for multidisciplinary care focused on comprehensive symptom management. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically analyzing its multidimensional impact on the quality of life of women in their reproductive years.
