Pyrimidine-2, 4-dione derivatives as gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor antagonists

Disclosed are compounds of the following formula, wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. The compounds are GnRH receptor antagonists useful in the treatment of a variety of sex-hormone related conditions in both men and women, such as benign prostatic hypertrophy or myoma of the uterus, cancer including prostatic cancer, uterine cancer, breast cancer or pituitary gonadotroph adenomas, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian disease, uterine fibroids, precocious puberty, infertility, lupus erythematosis, irritable bowel syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, hirsutism, short stature and sleep disorders.
