Abstract
Parietal endometriosis is a rare clinical entity; it most often occurs after gynecologic or obstetric surgery. The typical clinical presentation is that of a parietal mass associated with pain punctuated by menstruation. Parietal ultrasonography finds a hypoechoic, heterogeneous formation with internal echoes. Doppler and MRI confirmed the diagnosis of parietal ́endometriosis. The diagnosis is confirmed by histology. Treatment is essentially surgical and based on the complete excision of the lesion. Through our case, we will emphasize the imaging aspects of this pathology, which will allow the practitioner to make the diagnosis.
