Abstract
症例は45歳,女性.27歳時より子宮内膜症にてホルモン療法を受けていた.1995年5月に便秘,月経時の下血を主訴に当科初診.注腸,大腸内視鏡にて直腸狭窄を認め,既往歴,臨床症状,画像所見から腸管子宮内膜症と診断した.ホルモン療法と緩下剤にて経過観察したが臨床症状が悪化したため,外科的手術適応と考え,1999年8月2日低位前方切除および子宮全摘,左付属器合併切除を施行した.病理組織学的所見では腸管固有筋層内に子宮内膜の増生を認め,腸管子宮内膜症と確診した.術後は経過良好で再発兆候は認めず経過観察中である.
