Abstract
The influence of selected suturing methods of the uterus horn on the reproductive ability of rat females, uterus wall morphology and endometrium surface was assessed. It was found out that the operative trauma involvement of the mucosa resulted in such regressive and degenerative changes as: changes in the muscularis continuity, diverticula of uterine cavity, fibrosis, endometrium atrophy and mucosa focal oedema of the "cystic micro-polyp" type. The morphological changes resulted in reproduction impairment in the animals where the surgical suture involved the mucosa of their uteri.
