This paper reviews bladder endometriosis by considering the etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis, outlining extragenital endometriosis classification, and summarizing prevalence and clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment approaches for urinary system involvement. It also presents a clinical observation of a patient whose bladder endometriosis developed after surgery on pelvic organs, linking the case course to the review of bladder-specific features. The main limitation is that the work is a clinical case plus literature review rather than an original controlled study, so findings are primarily descriptive and dependent on cited sources. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — it focuses specifically on bladder endometriosis, including clinical presentation and diagnostic/treatment discussion, within the broader framework of extragenital disease that may overlap with deep infiltrating concepts related to adenomyosis.
