Endometriosis patients cohort - ARG1 ELISA and activity data and clinical data

dataset OA: green CC0

Abstract

The data was collected within the NCN project: "Contribution of extracellular vesicles and exosomal arginase to immune dysfunction in endometriosis." The aim of the project is to identify free arginase (ARG) as well as ARG-carrying extracellular vesicles (EVs) in the serum and peritoneal fluid (PF) of endometriosis patients and to verify their diagnostic or prognostic potential as well as decipher their impact on the dysfunction of the immune system in endometriosis. Data presents measured total Arginase-1 concentrations (ng/ml) in an ELISA assay and arginase activity (U/L) in serum of endometriosis patients and control patients, before and after laparoscopic surgery, as well as clinical data of the patients.
