Magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosis of pelvic lesions associated with female infertility
This study investigated the accuracy of MRI in diagnosing non-uterovaginal pelvic lesions associated with female infertility, finding it highly accurate for hydrosalpinx, endometriosis, and ovarian tumors but less so for peritubal adhesions and peritoneal endometriosis implants.
