The most common adhesion location was the uterus (54 patients, 52.9%), and the most frequent symptom was dysmenorrhea (71 patients, 69.6%); the study found no significant association between dysmenorrhea and uterine adhesion location (p=0.732) and no significant association between dyspareunia and adhesion location in the cul-de-sac (p=0.525). In contrast, there was a significant association between dyschezia and adhesion location in the rectum (p=0.031, PR 10.90 with 95% CI 1.19–99.78).
