Abstract

Objective To study the application of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in operation of patients with gynecological diseases and its indications.Methods Data about 236 patients who underwent operation by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed,including 125 cases of endometriosis,21 cases of pelvic adhesion and tubal obstruction,28 cases of ovarian cyst,26 cases of uterine fibroid,20 cases of endometrial polyps,8 cases of septate uterus,3 cases of ovarian teratoma,and 1 case of ectopic pregnancy,double uterus,endometrial tuberculosis,endometrial cancer and choriocarcinoma.Results All the surgical procedures were successful by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy with satisfactory outcomes and no complications.Conclusion Lesions in uterine and abdominal cavities can be detected by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,by which such lesions can be removed with satisfactory outcomes.
