Detecting and investigating the significance of high-frequency LOH chromosome regions for endometriosis-related candidate genes
This study found that laser capture microdissection combined with RCA-RCA reliably detected high-frequency loss of heterozygosity at chromosome region 17q21.31 in endometriosis samples, suggesting candidate gene downregulation may contribute to pathogenesis.
