Abstract

El diagnóstico definitivo de la endometriosis es histológico lo que conlleva realizar una intervención quirúrgica. Tanto la exploración física como las técnicas de imagen nos permiten aproximarnos al diagnóstico de la enfermedad. En la actualidad, no existe ningún test de laboratorio que permita establecer el diagnóstico de la endometriosis aunque si permiten monitorizar el devenir de la misma.
