Abstract

[Objective] To explore a method d isolating and culturing eutopic endometrial stromal cells, providing an in vitro cell model of adenomyosis for study of its mechanism.[Methods] Enzymolysis, filtration, sedimentation and pasted wall purification were used to isolate and culture stromal cells in 12 eutopic endometrium (not including hysteromyoma) pa- tients.[Results] The endometrial cell culture was successfully established in 9 of 12 adenomyosis samples, and the stromal cells could be transferred. The purity of stromal cells was more than 95%.[Conclusion] The isolation and culture of eu- topic endometrial stromal cells can serve as an in vitro experimental modle.
