Abstract
What makes this case noteworthy is the fact that this patient presented with breast cancer after receiving long-term hormone replacement therapy. She was placed on this therapy after a total abdominal hysterectomy for endometriosis. This was done at a time when there was no research on the effects of long-term hormone replacement therapy and breast cancer.
