Abstract
The review presents a comprehensive view on the pathogenesis of endometriosis and hysteromyoma in the women of reproductive age. The contribution of polymorphisms genes of detoxification of xenobiotics in the development of these pathologies was studied. The significant contribution of mutations in CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP3A5, CYP3A7, SULT1A1 and GSTP1 genes in development of endometriosis and hysteromyoma have been shown.
