Abstract

We have reported a case of a sarcoma developing from a large endometrioid polycystic tumor of the omentum. Furthermore, we have discussed the possibilities of the development of adenocarcinoma or sarcoma on a substrate of endometriosis and commented on the prognosis associated with them.
