A Case of Pseudo-Cancerous Endometriosis of the Rectal-Vaginal Wall — Radiography and Therapy

Rectal localization of endometriosis is unusual. Since the original description by Meyer in 1909 only about 250 cases of recto-sigmoidial localization have been reported. Only 45 of these were exclusively rectal. This localization represents only 2% of the total endometrioses diagnosed, which according to Counseller should be 25% of the cases.
