Abstract

Objective To establish and to compare a rat model of endometriosis of autotransplantation of uterine tissue into three sites of rats. Methods Thirty adult unmating female SD rats were autotransplantated of uterine tissue into left abdominal wall, uteroovarian ligament and between right subcutaneous fascia and muscular layer of abdominal wall.Heretotopic tissues were taken for pathological examination on the 21th day after surgery. Results Heretotopic endomembrane can growth in different sites of rats and have tissue morphous. The disparation of transplant rate has no significance(93%~100%).Conclusion Pathological observation of a rat model of endometriosis established by this method is similar to endometriosis patients, but subcutaneous transplantation is more easy,direct-viewing,less injured and can be investigated successionally.
