Abstract
症例は31歳の女性.疼痛を伴う左鼠径部腫瘤を主訴に来院した.平成12年と14年に帝王切開術の既往があった.超音波検査にて2.5cm大の内部不均一な腫瘤を腹直筋内に認めた.骨盤CTでは同部位に不均一に造影される腫瘤を認めた.腹直筋内腫瘤の診断にて摘出術を施行した.病理組織学的検討にて,腹壁子宮内膜症と診断した. 腹壁子宮内膜症は非常に稀な疾患であるが,疼痛を伴う腹壁腫瘤を認めた場合,念頭に置くべき疾患と考えられた.
