Abstract

pain and depression in both groups. Of the social demographic and clinical characteristics of endometriosis, only the frequency of pain symptom was correlated to pain score. It is concluded that group intervention was efficient in diminishing pain and depression in women with endometriosis and may be incorporated into the conventional treatment administered to patients with this disease.
