Effect of randomized serum progesterone concentration on secretory endometrial histologic development and gene expression
This study found that the lowest tested progesterone dose (2.5 mg) consistently delayed endometrial histological maturation, while higher doses (5 and 2.5 mg) altered gene expression without affecting histology.
