Zusammenfassung Als modernes Therapiekonzept der Endometriose wird eine Kombinationstherapie aus laparoskopischer Sanierung von Endometrioseherden mit dem CO2-Laser und GnRH-Analoga-Gabe vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse einer prospektiven Studie belegen die Effizienz hinsichtlich einer Abnahme der Beschwerden und einer Steigerung der Fertilität, darüberhinaus scheint sich eine Senkung der Rezidivhäufigkeit abzuzeichnen.
