EFFECTIVENESS OF HORMONAL MONOTHERAPY BEFORE SURGICAL TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH EXTERNAL GENITAL ENDOMETRIOSIS
Hormone therapy with α-GnRH for at least six months before and after surgery in patients with external genital endometriosis demonstrated the longest disease-free period compared to COCs or progestogens alone.
