Abstract

ObjectiveTo explore the immunological mechanism of Futongning Granule in treating Endometriosis (EMS). The rat model of EMS was made by surgical implantation. All rats were divided into 6 groups. T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood, immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgG, IgM, IgE and Complement 3 (C3) in serum were detected. 1) CD3, CD4 and CD8 in model group were different to that in control group, P0.01. The effect of each group has no difference with that in control group except CD4 in danazol group and CD8 in Futongning low dosage treatment group, P0.05. 2) IgA, IgG and C3 in model group was higher than that in control group, P0.01. IgM was also enhanced, P0.05. The data in each treatment group except Futongning low dosage group were normal, compared with that in blank control group, P0.05. There was no difference of IgE between each group. [Conclusion] Futongning Granule can regulate the immunological capacity in EMS.
