Abstract
腸管子宮内膜症は子宮内膜組織が異所性に腸管内に増殖する非腫瘍性疾患である．今回，われわれは腸閉塞にて発症した回腸子宮内膜症の１例を経験したので報告する．症例は48歳女性．下腹部痛を主訴に当院内科受診．腸閉塞の診断にて入院となる．イレウス管挿入し保存的治療を行っていたが改善せず外科紹介となる．小腸造影にて回腸末端部の近傍に強度の狭窄があり，この部位を腸閉塞の原因と考え，開腹手術を施行した．回腸末端は捻じれるように強固に癒着していた．術式は回盲部切除を行った．病理組織学的検査にて異所性子宮粘膜の増生を認め回腸子宮粘膜症と診断した．術後経過良好で，術後２年経過した現在無再発である．腸管子宮内膜症はS状結腸以下の部位に84％が発生し，回腸に発生する頻度は７％と比較的稀であるため今回報告する．
