Abstract

This clinical case has the objective to show the variability of the causes and presentations, though are rares, it must been taken in account to make a diagnostic of surgical acute abdomen disease, that in this case was produced by a gynecological pathology as is the extragenital endometriosis, having as consequence, an acute appendicitis and partial gut obstruction and acute abdominal pathology, episode handled by a laparoscopic procedure, measure that lead the patient to a prompt recuperation and a postoperatory without mishap.
