Abstract
Objective: To report the occurrence of the rare phenomenon of endometriosis in a case of Mllerian agenesis.Design: A single observational case study.Case presentation: Endometriosis in Mayer-Rokitansky-Kster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, though rare, is a clinical challenge and is rarely reported due to paucity of cases. Conclusion:Further reporting of such cases will enable us to understand the pathophysiology and subsequent management of such cases.
