O artigo tem como objetivo discutir as principais práticas contemporâneas para a gestão da endometriose em pacientes na menacme, por meio de uma revisão integrativa qualitativa da literatura. A busca foi realizada em LILACS, BDENF e MEDLINE usando descritores como endometriose, dor pélvica e resultado de tratamento, incluindo artigos completos (2014-2024) com acesso livre e excluindo duplicados, incompletos, resumos, revisões/debates, anais de eventos e trabalhos sem texto integral. Os autores descrevem avanços no tratamento que vão de medicamentos a cirurgias menos invasivas e alternativas como acupuntura, baseando-se em evidências científicas, e destacam a complexidade do cuidado e a necessidade de abordagens personalizadas para diferentes indivíduos. Como limitação explícita, o estudo restringe-se a publicações com acesso livre e ao recorte de 2014-2024, com exclusões que podem reduzir a abrangência do conjunto analisado.
