Abstract

Only 6 cases of ureteric endometriosis in postmenopausal women have been reported and in 3 of these oestrogen replacement therapy had been used (Pious et al , 1985; Ray et al , 1985). We report ureteric obstruction secondary to endometriosis in a post‐menopausal woman who had not been treated with exogenous oestrogen.
