Fecundity of infertile women with minimal or mild endometriosis

This study examined fecundity in 151 infertile women with laparoscopy-proved minimal or mild (stage 1–2) endometriosis, comparing operative laparoscopy (n=49), medical treatment (n=59), and expectant management (n=43) over 24 months. Cumulative pregnancy rates differed by management strategy, reported as 36.7%, 30.5%, and 20.9%, and survival analysis showed probabilities of carrying pregnancy beyond 20 weeks of 30.6%, 25.4%, and 16.2%, respectively.
