Abstract

This case explored a novel surgical method to fix levonorgestrel 52-mg intrauterine devices in patients with adenomyosis and uterine septum. The procedure is convenient and feasible, and successfully applied the technique in a 43-year-old patient with prior levonorgestrel 52-mg intrauterine device detachment. It provides a reference for clinical management.
