This retrospective study analyzed 154 endometriosis patients treated at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang from January 2017 to October 2018, finding most were aged 36-45, married, nulliparous, had endometriosis cysts, underwent laparotomy, and experienced pain reduction post-cystectomy.
