This study investigated which dietary modifications and supplements individuals with confirmed endometriosis perceived as beneficial for managing endometriosis-associated pain, using a 24-question international online survey (Qualtrics) completed in 2022–2025 and analyzed with Mann–Whitney U tests. Among 2,388 respondents, 83.8% reported trying at least one diet and 58.8% reported using supplements; those reporting pain improvement had lower self-reported pain scores on a 0–10 scale than those who did not (dietary modification: median 4.0 vs 5.0; supplements: median 4.0 vs 5.0; P<.001 for both). Common item reductions associated with reported pain improvement included alcohol, gluten, dairy, and caffeine, and magnesium users reported benefit more often than not; however, no single diet or supplement was uniquely beneficial and some individuals reported no help. The authors note limitations including selection bias toward those interested in dietary changes, lack of alternative language options, and missing details on duration of diet use and effects on abdominal bloating. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — it is an international survey of diets and supplement use for endometriosis-associated pain.
