We present a case of bilateral seromucinous borderline ovarian tumors stage IC3 managed with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, without observed recurrence, resulting in a live birth after frozen-thawed embryo transfer using embryos preserved before surgery. This case highlights the feasibility of bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with uterine preservation and hormone replacement therapy-assisted frozen-thawed embryo transfer for seromucinous borderline ovarian tumors, emphasizing the importance of long-term surveillance and multidisciplinary management.
