This retrospective longitudinal comparative study used medical records from 94 patients with infertility due to endometriosis-associated infertility, tubal-factor infertility, or unexplained infertility who underwent IVF or ICSI at Aster Clinic, RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung between January 2013 and December 2018. Pregnancy outcomes assessed were delivery (labor), abortion, and ectopic pregnancy, and the study found no significant differences in these outcomes across infertility causes (p=0.21), with labor occurring in 69.1% and ectopic pregnancy not observed. Tubal-factor infertility was the most common cause (74.5%) and unexplained infertility the least (8.5%), and ICSI was performed most often (78.7%). This paper is centrally about endometriosis-associated infertility and compares pregnancy outcomes after IVF/ICSI across endometriosis-associated infertility, tubal-factor infertility, and unexplained infertility.
