Abstract

Аbstract Aim. To present a clinical case of a combined form of infiltrative endometriosis and infertility as an example of management tactics in the assisted reproductive technology (ART) program. Key points. Based on the analysis of literature data and clinical observation of a patient with a combination of infertility and various forms of endometriosis, this article highlights current trends in the correction of reproductive disorders in the infiltrative form of endometriosis. Conclusion. Conducting an ART program before surgery with a previous cycle of stimulation with vitrification of oocytes increases the likelihood of obtaining embryos and, as a result, not only the onset of clinical pregnancy, but also the birth of a healthy child.
