Color flow pulsed Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing luteal phase defect
This prospective study found that women with luteal phase defect exhibited significantly higher corpus luteum blood flow resistance indices than normal women, suggesting color flow pulsed Doppler analysis may aid in assessing luteal phase adequacy.
