Spontane Milzruptur nach abdomineller Hysterektomie Zusammenfassung Die Autoren beschreiben einen seltenen Fall von spontaner Milzruptur nach einer abdominellen Hysterektomie bei einer Patientin, die Adenomyose und schwere sideropenische Anämie aufwies und bei der eine Antikoagulanztherapie mit niedrigmolekularem Heparin bereits eingeleitet worden war.
